Returning Shareholders

If you are a RETURNING SHAREHOLDER please use this form to make multiple payments online with your credit card or checking account via Paypal. If you need to purchase any additional shares online, please email Anna Barnes or call (217) 355-6279.

NEW SHAREHOLDERS please use this form.

Please note that we must recover handling fees to ensure that our farmers receive full payment for shares sold online. If you do not wish to pay handling fees, you can mail check payments totalling for $400, plus any additional fees ($385 per additional share, $5 for multiple households, and $16 per cookbook) to PCSA, PO Box 1404; Champaign, IL 61824-1404. All payments must be received before January 15, 2010.
